The 18th Annual San Antonio Ophthalmology Course will be held March 5-9, 2012.

This five-day instructional course provides a comprehensive overview of clinical ophthalmology for residents and practicing ophthalmologists. Specific emphasis is placed on preparing attendees for the annual OKAP and American Ophthalmology Board examinations. In addition to certification or recertification preparation, it serves as an excellent clinician update.

  • Comprehensive syllabus
  • Over 5 hours of optics instruction
  • Optional preparation for ABO oral exams on space available status

* At the present time, the CME accreditation process for the 2012 SAOC has not yet been completed. While final approval is anticipated prior to the start of the course, it cannot be guaranteed. If Category 1 accreditation cannot be obtained, Category 2 (up to 36 credits) will be offered. Any changes in the accreditation status will be posted immediately to this website.
